Over the past three decades, I’ve been immensely privileged to help my technology entrepreneur and investor clients to successfully complete over 150 transactions, mostly in software, internet and technology-services, across mergers and acquisitions, investments and financings.
For the last 15 years I led technology investment banking teams in different environments, from big banks to boutique firms and at a major global consultancy. Finally, as 2023 started, I made the leap into my portfolio career. I now work in technology as a board chair, a non-executive director and as an independent strategic advisor. And I love it!
I have been fortunate that my career has taken me all over the world, as I really enjoy meeting people, and learning about different cultures, countries and backgrounds.
