Trinity Square exists to enable business leaders and investors to “throw off the bowlines” and “catch the trade winds” to succeed!
The following is indicative of the kinds of projects we undertake:
1. Strategic advice
Strategic advice to boards undertaking company sales, mergers, acquisitions and capital-raisings: to help guide through the maze. Trinity Square acts as a “consigliere”, supportively counselling business leaders to ensure an optimal outcome. This work starts from the earliest idea, to getting the equity story right to make the best valuation case, then engaging with the ideal targets, buyers, or investors, to hiring the best advisory line-up and then executing the deal.
2. Investor advisory
Acting as a senior advisor to private equity, venture and growth investors, to help with sourcing, winning, evaluating and completing new investments, then supporting the path to value creation and realisation as a board chair or non-executive.
3. Growth strategy
Working closely with senior executives to define and then pursue strategies for organic and inorganic growth, consider overseas expansion, and evaluate how to harness and optimise global commercial partnerships and networks, as well as adapt to financial market changes and shifts in competitor behaviour.
4. Go-to-market advisory
Providing go-to-market advisory services as a consultant or fractional Chief Marketing Officer, assisting with strategy, organisation, brand and marketing technology, to drive market awareness, product marketing and proposition development, creating lead generation and revenue growth.
